Are you a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who thrives on building lead generation strategies that deliver measurable business growth?
For more than 25 years, SpaceManager Closets has been Houston's trusted provider of custom closets, garages, home offices, pantries, and storage solutions. We manufacture locally, install with our own employees, and stand behind every project with a lifetime transferable warranty.
We're looking for a hands-on marketing leader who can own our inbound marketing strategy—from SEO and content marketing to paid search, website optimization, analytics, and lead generation.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll play a key role in growing our brand, increasing qualified leads, and driving revenue.
This is not a role for someone who only manages agencies. We're looking for an operator who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, creating content, analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and continuously improving marketing performance.

Lead Inbound Marketing & SEO
- Develop and execute an inbound marketing strategy that generates qualified leads.
- Research, write, edit, and publish three high-quality SEO-optimized articles each week.
- Perform keyword research and develop content strategies that improve search rankings.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and calls-to-action for lead conversion.
- Grow organic website traffic through SEO best practices.
- Manage Google Ads (PPC) and Meta advertising agency partners to maximize ROI.
- Develop email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
- Manage website updates using WordPress or a similar CMS.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
- Support Local SEO initiatives to increase visibility across the Houston market.
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and reporting dashboards.
- Measure website traffic, lead generation, and conversion performance.
- Make data-driven recommendations that improve marketing ROI.
- Report marketing performance and business impact to executive leadership.
- Provide strategic direction to our in-house videographer.
- Partner with Sales and Leadership to support company growth.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
- Work closely with showroom, design, manufacturing, and installation teams to create authentic marketing content.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience
- Proven success in developing and executing Inbound Marketing strategies
- Strong expertise in SEO, Content Marketing, and Lead Generation
- Experience writing long-form, SEO-focused content
- Experience managing Google Ads (PPC) and Meta advertising
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and website analytics
- Experience with WordPress or another CMS
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Outstanding writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity while maintaining original, high-quality content
- HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
- Marketing automation
- Local SEO
- Managing outside marketing agencies
- Video marketing strategy
- Experience marketing home improvement, remodeling, cabinetry, construction, manufacturing, or other B2C service businesses

Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience

We believe the best marketing comes from understanding our products, customers, and team firsthand. Working on-site allows you to collaborate closely with leadership, designers, manufacturing, installers, and showroom staff to create authentic marketing that drives business growth.
